2. Description of Service
StackShield provides external security monitoring services for Laravel applications. Our service scans your applications for known vulnerabilities, configuration issues, and security threats. We provide alerts and recommendations to help you maintain application security.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of StackShield, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Only monitor applications that you own or have explicit permission to monitor
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. Subscription and Payment
Some aspects of our service may require payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update account and payment information to keep it current and complete.
5. Service Limitations
While we strive to provide comprehensive security monitoring, StackShield:
- Cannot guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities or security issues
- Performs external scanning only and does not have access to your application code
- Provides recommendations but does not directly fix security issues
- Is not responsible for any damages resulting from undetected vulnerabilities
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StackShield and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall StackShield, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
